Please double check.
1) all wired zones terminated
2) if use battery, the voltage is 12V, Only suitable for DC 12V 7AH sealed lead rechargeable storage battery
3) make sure the cover of keypad best fit into position and closed. can try to open cover and press the anti-tamper switch for test
4) disconnect the battery, check how if only the 16.5V power supply
