3 wired zones mean I can plug only 3 wire detectors

The number of zones actually implies no limitation to the number of sensors connected. You can add as many as you want, just those sensors will be classified into 3 distinguishable zones - so to speak, if your system allow 3 wired zones and you set 6 sensors, you may not be able to identify exactly which sensor triggered.
