Passwords alone do not provide sufficient protection

According to a new study by Datamonitor, only 21 percent of respondents believe that passwords alone provide sufficient protection to the enterprise. The report, "A New Look at the ROI for Enterprise Smart Cards," surveyed more than 200 organisations on the state of passwords in the enterprise and the adoption of smart card identification.
