How to choose my network camera?

1) do you want it to move fast (fast and slow different price, low and high speed dome will be very different priced)
2) how far and how dark do you want to see that affect your camera ( this includes camera resolution, with infra-red or not, lens type, etc)
3) frankly speaking, what's your budget? because several grade of network camera may do similar things.
4) do you want it outdoor or indoor use.
