SMS command of dual mode alarm not work in some countries

We found there is difficulty for users in certain countries unable to use this group of commands. The reason behind so far not understood, we may have future version having these commands re-design to solve the problem.
However, you can do some tests to verify if you're coming across the same issue or something else.
1) You can receive other SMS alerts correctly providing that those commands have defined a phone number for calling.
2) You can do a test by sending SMS 123411# or 12343001# to the alarm panel and observe at the panel if something responded.
3) You can arm and disarm the panel via SMS command 123440# 123441#
