First of all, can you use a phone to dial alarm, does it pick up you call?

You don't need to set anything, put in the following SMS command

1) to play safe, firstly enable the SMS messaging

1234121#

2) send message to enquire the panel status

123420#

3) send message to enquire phone set set

123421#

4) make sure the power and antenna connected and SIM loaded correctly, which LED on the panel is ON? what color?

5) Try to make a call to the panel, does it pick up the call? And response on the LED?

6) Then press and hold the SET or RESET button at the back, at the same time power up the panel, keep hold down the RESET button for few seconds, then released to reset the panel. After the panel READY, repeat above steps to check what happened.

You'd better just next to the alarm panel, so you can hear when you send SMS message correctly, the panel will respond and beep twice as knowledgement.

Check what come back from the alarm?

and when you send the SMS command, you should be by the alarm panel, observe if there is any response from the alarm when you send the SMS command? At least some indicators should flash, if not, means there is problem with the GSM network connection.

Of course, the panel could be totally damaged and out of function!
