Question:
This alarm works if we connect 12v + and - and no connection to other cables? use as a simple gas detection alarm.

Yes, it can be used as standalone gas detection alarm with connection to alarm. Just connect the 12v + and -.
However,
1) connecting to alarm panel via NC or NO is available.
2) the buzzer for local alarm is not loud enough.
