F100: A need to adjust the exit and entrance delay

The default time was 10 seconds.
Set the delay
9876#0 -> 41 -> xx # for entrance
9876#0 -> 42 -> xx # for exit
xx 00-99
Set the delay
9876#0 -> 41 -> xx # for entrance
9876#0 -> 42 -> xx # for exit
xx 00-99
