How outdoor pan-tilt controlled by DVR

normal dvr control ptz via rs485, however, most pan-tilt is without built-in decoder for decoding rs485 signal (including this one) . In this case, you need an external decoder in between, so dvr can control pan-tilt unit that supports no rs485.
