are these ptz cctv camera with all pan-tilt-zoom functions

The term PTZ Camera actually present the camera is with PTZ capability. However,
1) the zoom ability is built-in
2) the pan-tilt ability requires an additional pan-tilt unit.
the camera offer RS485 interface for implementing these few functions remotely.
