Is pan-tilt 302 water proof for outdoor too?

This is pan-tilt model 302 for CCTV camera installation.

This 302 pan-tilt is all directional pan-tilt for CCTV camera. It's only for indoor and not waterproof.
For pan-tilt used outdoor, there is another series.
